Moving House!!

Things change in my life and makes it exciting and inviting for me to explore!
Just a couple of weeks before I turned 7 months mom and dad were very busy all
the time. My safe room got very messy every now and then and there was a lot of
noise in my house and new people to meet in the kitchen.
Then one day all the business became even more and all my brothers took all my
stuff out of the room. Puzzled of what was happening but also excited to see all
the joy and laughter of my brothers I just waited for mom to explain what was
going on.
At one point mom and Slotsna dressed me in my best dress and we went into a
place high up. The priest was there and all my brothers and Mr. Singh. I saw my
mom holding a light and the priest was ringing a bell which I always enjoy
hearing. The room smelled very nice even though it was still a mess. To my
surprise after that everybody was drinking milk, I thought I was the only one
who drank milk!
Later that day when things were settled down a bit and I was peace full drinking
on mom's breast she explained that we have moved to what will be our new home
that they had been working on for the last months.
The little ceremony I saw that morning was a puja in which my mommy was
blessed
as Laksmi, giving her the responsibility for bringing peace and prosperity into
our new home.
The next couple of days I really had to get used to this big strange
place,
and also
because I could not find my dad here anymore. I got worried because maybe he did
not know the way to our new place? When I asked my mom she said that dad was
working in Holland for a couple of weeks and very well knew that we were living
here now.
One worry less but still…….My mom told me that I had a whole room for myself in
this place, that is all nice but where was mom all the time?
I could hear her sing and call my name but there were times she suddenly
disappeared! I started crying all the time when she went missing because then
she would pop up straight away. When I got a bit more confidence I started
crawling and exploring. Now I understand that my mom sometimes disappears into
another room and that I can go there too and demand some attention.
It is indeed a beautiful new home! In the morning my mom and I have breakfast in
the new kitchen and after that we have a shower. Only after that we will go out
and meet Slotsna. My room is big and very inviting for me to crawl around. All my toys are
there and a big mattress to play on.
I prefer the first room where there is more to
explore,
under and around the computer table were my mom or dad works. I enjoy seeing all
the pictures of a very nice baby girl on the computer….and the paper stack
which I love pulling it down the pile and see it slide on the floor!!
At night all my brothers come here and we eat together. When I am still awake at
that time I enjoy making them laugh of the funny noises I can make and when I am
trying to roll over their plates with my walker!!
Live is a blessing for me, a new home built specially to meet my needs, my parent and extended family who shower me with plenty of love.
