Cleansing Your Inner
and Outer Universe
Cleansing the navel and abdomen is the key to opening up to the cosmic energies
of the universe. This is the seat of the Goddess within the body. We worship the
Universal Divine Goddess when we perform this sacred cleansing ceremony.
Connecting to the Outer Universe
Begin by chanting “Om” into the Navel nine times.
Then chant “Hum” into the Navel nine times.
Open Essential Oil #1. Put your ring finger against the opening of the bottle
and tilt the bottle upside down. This will allow a small amount of oil to flow
onto your finger tip. Apply inside the navel.
Open Essential Oil #2 and repeat the above process except this time apply the
oil in a clockwise circle around the outside edge of the navel.
Connecting to Your Inner Universe
Chant “Hrim” nine times directly into the Solar Plexus.
Then chant “Shrim” nine times directly into the Solar Plexus.
This will help remove anger, pain, and frustration. To seal and balance the area
apply one drop of Essential Oil #3 as follows. Put your ring finger against the
opening of the bottle and tilt the bottle upside down. This will allow a small
amount of oil to flow onto your finger tip. Apply on the Solar Plexus.
Balancing Shiva and Shakti
Chant “Kreem” nine times followed by “Aim, Shrim, Hrim” three times into the
public bone. Then place one drop of Essential Oil #4 on your ring finger and
gently rub along the pubic bone. This will balance sexual energy.
Releasing Emotions
Chant “Cham” nine times followed by “Aim, Shrim, Hrim” three times directly into
the left side of the abdomen parallel with the navel. Then place one drop of
Essential Oil #5 on your ring finger and apply to this area. This will release
emotions that are locked within the left kidney.
Repeat the same process on the right side of the abdomen using the Essential Oil
#5 except start with “Hrim” nine times and then chant “Hrim Shrim, Aim” three
times directly into the right side of the abdomen. This will release emotions
that are locked in the right kidney.
Balancing The Four Elements
Now go to northwest quadrant of the abdomen and apply one drop of Essential Oil
#6. Chant “Cham” nine times and then followed by “Hrim Shrim, Aim” three times
directly into this area.
Now go to southeast quadrant of the abdomen using Essential Oil #7 except
starting with “Kreem” nine times and then followed by “Hrim Shrim, Aim” three
times directly into this area.
Now go to northeast quadrant of the abdomen using Essential Oil #8 except
starting with “Hrim” nine times and then followed by “Hrim Shrim, Aim” three
times directly into this area.
Now go to southwest quadrant of the abdomen using Essential Oil #8 except
starting with “Kreem nine times and then followed by “Hrim Shrim, Aim” three
times directly into this area.
Closing (optional)
End by anointing your client with Essential Oil #1 from the Para Tan
