In Madurai we have very small excess to good organic fertilizers,
as such we have to
depend on just one variety, thus makes the growth slow, but it is still doing
well. With a few hundred plant on the property only a few have not survived,
that need replacement. We have been trying to get cow dung and as most of the
locals are farmers, it has also been hard to get. Within the next few months
we are hoping to have a few cows, this will help us to have enough of cow
dung, both for Agni Homa and the garden. In the mean time a family can live
well from the sales of milk. In India all takes time, but it will all
happen when the time is right.
