The ground floor will be raised for a height of 3' 0", and the photo below shows worker filling earth to raise the floor area to 3 feet. and from that level with red gravel. Above this with sand for a height of 4" and over this with P.C.C 1:5:10 for a height of 4" thick. The building will be ready by 15th March 2004
